Replacing Megane 2 rear discs

Could anybody please tell me where I can get info for replacing the rear discs on my Renault Megane 2 apart from buying a Haynes Manual.

Thanks to everybody who posted. Did not realise how easy the rear ones are to replace. Hardest part was getting the sensor ring off the old discs.:yes0:
