get 3 dash lights on button come on then then strate off left with blank screen on box any help

Hi wiggy1, if you have just downloaded the latest firmware from sunrise then it looks like a bad flash may have caused this, connect box (switch off at the back) to pc and open the loader with the correct file, press download then swich box on at the back, it may take a few shots but eventually it should fire up...jay
