id go for clonesafe 257 april 08 by sunrise even if its a genuine box as 257 was best firmware

looks like a starview 1 these is no fix at this min for this model

starview 1 fix is due some time this week....a lotta people are quing...lol...be patient...

I have had one of these box's for about 3years and it has gone down many time's ,sometimes the updates are released quick and sometimes they take up to a week to be released but they always come out and work .so just chill out dude and have some faith in the powers that be , i am sure they will not abandon us yet .:jiggy:

are there any tutorials or manuals with error code for a starview 1.just got one ,it is not responding just has 0 on the display.Is there any way to reset this box?

Try reading the SV posts on this site in SV section if that is no good try

I have have just been told that if you want to clear the 0 from the display plug your box into computer via null modem lead do not turn it on,then open your gtrom loader add the last update file and turn the box on 2 seconds before hitting the download to box key.Make sure to use SV1 firmware not box or clone fware.:mask:
